1 Cup Flaked Almonds (or chopped nuts of choice)
1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Stevia
50g/1.76 ounces Unsalted Butter

INSTRUCTIONS:


• Line a baking tray with well greased baking paper.

• In a bowl, combine together the almonds and coconut.

• Place the peanut butter, stevia and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.

• Heat until the butter has melted and you have a smooth, creamy, buttery sauce.

• Pour the peanut butter mixture over the almond mixture and stir until well combined.
